Chrissie Says: “Sleeping outdoors is not always a practical option for long, hot summer nights but we do all have to make a few changes to the way we make our beds as being too hot at night can really affect the quality of our sleep”:

• Pack away winter weight duvets and woollen blankets. Re-make beds with ultra-light summer duvets (3 or 4.5 tog) or just a top sheet with a stylish lightweight bedspread or cotton blanket.
