What discount will I receive?
Your current trade discount has been transferred to your new Premier Customer Account and will be valid with immediate effect.. Discount is only valid on full retail priced items and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Discount does not apply to gift vouchers. 15% discount will remain for furniture items.
Will I be able to request a proforma invoice or quote?
Unfortunately we will no longer be able to offer this facility.
Can I continue to order over the phone?
Call our new Premier Customer Account telephone number as detailed in the information pack and quote your promotional code given on your letter.
How do I place a furniture order?
Call our Furniture Department on your Premier Customer Account telephone number and quote your promotional code given on your letter.
Will I be able to request a VAT invoice?
VAT invoices will be automatically sent to your account address within one month of your order being despatched.
What are the additional benefits of the Premier Customer Account scheme?
There are new ways for you to order and take advantage of your discount:

- Within the next month you will receive your Premier Customer Account Card which will enable you to take advantage of your discount in-store (subject to stock availability).
