When will my order be delivered?

Once the item is in stock it will take 4-6 weeks for the item to be delivered. Smaller items such as towel rails may be delivered by standard delivery in five working days. Please check the product page, or ask when you order.

Why is there a delivery charge on furniture orders?

We use a delivery company to despatch your furniture orders and they charge us based on the size and weight of the item. We cap any delivery charge at £50 regardless of how many items are in the order.

Can I collect the furniture order from you?

We have no facilities for customers to collect items from our distribution centre. You can, however, make arrangements for a private courier to make a collection, as long as you give us prior notice. All items need to be paid for on despatch, and once we have handed the item to the courier we cannot take responsibility for any damage or loss incurred in transit.

Can furniture be delivered overseas?

We do not deliver furniture overseas. If you require furniture you have ordered from us to be transported overseas you can make arrangements with a courier to collect the furniture from us. Once we have handed the item to the courier we cannot take responsibility for any damage or loss incurred in transit.

What happens when I order Made to order furniture?

When you place an order for made to order furniture we will set out your requirements in writing, and need you to confirm your acceptance before we can place the order. The items will then be made to your requirements and arrangements for delivery will be made directly with the supplier.

With larger furniture items, please ensure you have obtained full measurements of the product from our Customer Service Team. In order to deliver to your room of choice, please ensure you have sufficient space available to accept the delivery e.g. staircases, doorway, hallways and loft conversions.

Can I use my discount or free delivery offer on furniture items?

Discount and free delivery offer promotions do not apply to furniture items.

How do I return furniture?

Please call our specialist furniture team on 0844 736 4230 (Monday - Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm) within 30 days of delivery to discuss the return of furniture items as we cannot accept the return of items that have been used or damaged since we delivered them. The item will need to be re-wrapped in the original packaging and we will need to make arrangements with you to collect it. For hygiene reasons, mattresses cannot be returned once the packaging has been removed. There will be a charge for collection, unless the item is faulty.
 
Furniture items that have been made to order cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Our Customer Service Team can inform you if the item you are buying is made to order. Furniture items that have been purchased as ex-display from our stores cannot be returned. This does not affect your statutory rights.
