Do you sell gift vouchers?

Yes. You can buy gift vouchers on-line, on the phone or in all our stores - with exception of our concession stores (stores within another department store). Postage for gift vouchers is free. They are paper vouchers in denominations of £5, £10, £20, £50 and £100 and can be used against any purchase except those made in concession stores. They come beautifully presented in a nice gift box and make a perfect gift.

Do you sell email gift vouchers?

No, we think a paper gift voucher in a small gift box gives the personal touch. Plus the postage is free and you can send the vouchers directly to the recipient if you wish.

How will the gift vouchers be sent?

We send the vouchers by first class post and deliver with in 5 working days. A signature may be required.
For next day or express deliveries, please call our customer service team on 0844 736 4222 (Monday - Friday 8.00am to 10.00pm, Saturday 9am to 5pm, Sunday 10am to 4pm).

Do you send gift vouchers overseas?

Yes, our vouchers can be sent overseas and used on our website or over the phone. Unfortunately they cannot be used in our International Stores.

How do I use my gift vouchers online?

Each voucher has a unique reference number which is requested during the checkout process. If you have any problems using the vouchers online please do not hesitate to call our customer service team on 0844 736 4222 (Monday - Friday 8.00am to 10.00pm, Saturday 9am to 5pm, Sunday 10am to 4pm).

Why do you ask for card details when I'm placing an order with gift vouchers?

Even if you are paying for the whole order using gift vouchers, we take card details to secure the order even though the card is unlikely to be charged. By securing the order we make sure you have reserved the product you want in the unusual event that there are any problems with the vouchers. We will contact you if there are any problems, but in the meantime your order is reserved.

Why doesn't my gift voucher number work?

If your voucher number has // or 00 at the start of the number, try removing them when you type in the reference. If you continue to have problems please call our customer service team on 0844 736 4222 (Monday - Friday 8.00am to 10.00pm, Saturday 9am to 5pm, Sunday 10am to 4pm).
