We launched our 'Hearts Helping Save Little Hearts? campaign on 1st September 2011 and over the next two years we aim to raise £250,000 for Great Ormond Street Hospital Children's Charity.
The money raised will go towards building a suite of rooms in the new Heart and Lung Centre at Great Ormond Street Hospital, including an individual bedroom with an en suite bathroom, a single bed bay and a waiting room. To launch the campaign we designed a range of heart inspired products for children and the home, available to buy in store, online and over the phone.
Whether you are looking to treat yourself, your little ones, or someone close to your heart, with every purchase you make from the range, 10% of the net sales proceeds will go towards helping children at Great Ormond Street Hospital to recover from heart and lung problems.
Our founder, Chrissie Rucker, explains why we started this incredible campaign. "When I visited the cardiac ward at Great Ormond Street Hospital, it was clear there was a lack of space and the hospital was unable to help as many babies as they wanted to. The work this unit does is outstanding and they save so many lives. We are therefore thrilled to introduce 'Hearts Helping Save Little Hearts' to help fund areas in the new Heart and Lung centre and enable this wonderful hospital to help even more children.
