Setting up an account couldn't be easier. You can either do it when you make your first purchase or by clicking on Sign In / Register and following the steps within the 'Profile' section under 'My account'. Your log in name will be your email address and you will need to create a password that is a minimum of 8 characters long and includes at least one capital letter and one number.
Shopping is made even easier when you register your details, as the system remembers your name and address as well as any alternative shipping addresses you may need.
The My Account service allows you to maintain your ordering details and hold an address book of any alternative shipping addresses you may use. You can also make sure you are signed up to receive our White Company email with exclusive web promotions.
Once you have placed an order, you can view it online and track its status through the delivery process. All your orders are then held in a history which helps when you need to check sizes or complementary products.
If this happens it is usually because we need to reset your password. Please email us at email@example.com or phone on 1 866 846 8333 Monday-Sunday 7am to 11pm Eastern Time and we will arrange for a new password to be sent to you within 24 hours. We cannot provide a new password over the phone for security reasons.
Once you have logged into your account you can change your password by following the instructions on your User Details page. If there are any boxes flagged with a red star on this page, you will need to complete the boxes before you can change the password. Please note that the new password must be at least 8 characters long and include at least one capital letter and one number. The system is normally updated immediately, but please allow up to thirty minutes.
