Pink Burnham Heart Mug – A09470000AGW
Date of Recall: 11th April 2025
The Hazard: Unfortunately, there is an issue with the glazing of the mug, and it does not meet our required high standards, this may therefore cause cracks within the mug, potentially being a safety hazard.
Please note: This issue only affects the pink version of the mug. Our White Burnham Heart Mug is not affected and remains completely safe to use.
What you need to do:
Stop using the product immediately.
Return the item to any of our stores for a full refund.
If you cannot visit a store, please dispose of the mug safely and contact us and we will process a refund.
If you received this item as a gift, you can also return it to our stores, or contact us for assistance.

Jingles Reindeer range – important safety notice
Product description: sleepsuits, pyjamas, and hooded towels from the Jingles Reindeer range that include a coloured stripe with reindeer antlers and a red 3D pom-pom for the reindeer’s nose, sold in store and online since 14th October 2024.

The hazard: We’ve identified a problem with the above items. Unfortunately, there is an issue with the red pom-pom: it does not meet our required high standards and is a potential choking hazard as it can come fully or partly detached from the garment and may be swallowed by children.
What you need to do:
Stop using the product immediately.
Return the item to any of our stores for a full refund.
