ECO-WASH BROMPTON JEANS

Less is more

Produced with Jeanologia® machinery, the eco-wash process reduces water usage by up to 80% and eliminates up to 60% of chemicals required in traditional denim laundry. The combination of Ozone and eco technologies allows for a pair of jeans to be finished with one glass of water – a huge saving when compared to an average of 20 litres for a classic garment.

Our eco wash jeans are categorised as low impact by Jeanologia®, using their Environmental Impact Measuring (EIM) software. Analysing water and energy consumption, chemicals used and worker health, EIM benchmarks the results against defined environmental thresholds to classify the overall score.

ECO-WASH SYMONS JEANS

Recycle, recycle, recycle

Part of the eco-wash process requires the Ozone machine. It takes air from the atmosphere and coverts it into O3, which is then used with the garment dye to lighten, or bleach, and create a washed effect. Once complete, the O3 is released back into the air and recycled into the atmosphere.

And the circularity doesn’t stop there. Our factory collaborates with local manufacturers to repurpose fabric offcuts into high-quality denim, saving 40 tons of waste every month. Each pair is also packaged with a recycled poly bag.
