                      I’m a die hard John Lewis pillow fan but my last one wasn’t the same so I tried TWC. I love my new pillow it’s so comfortable and because of the ledge bit I don’t need to have my arm underneath. It’s designed so well. THANK YOU

                      I spent all afternoon studying various reviews and recommendations of an assortment of pillows, as my old one had become quite hard and lumpy when I laid on it. Having finally decided on this Deluxe Down Alternative, I dithered further on whether I should choose ‘soft’ or ‘firm’ support. I chose the ‘soft’ option, and I am so glad I did. Until now - and as a side-sleeper - I had always thought that a pillow needed to be firm to provide support under my neck. This pillow disproved that belief for me. I can honestly say that this is the comfiest pillow I have ever owned, and I am genuinely sleeping better for using it. It is not an inexpensive purchase (for me), so I am hoping it will retain its properties for a long time; but already I am immensely glad I bought it.
