    The product, part of a Christmas gift, is excellent. What was an utter best is that it wasn’t issued to the WC stores for sale, but was held centrally. Thus, products out of stock centrally had to be bought at the stores and stores non-stocked items - from the same advertising - had to be bought centrally. Poor customer care.
