Love the pattern but unfortunately the zipper on the cushion cover arrived half open and snagged. I couldn’t move the zipper to fully close it or open without ruining the zipper. I emailed customer service and my only option was to return and not exchange (maybe it was sold out?) Since I loved the pattern and it was the perfect size for where I needed it, I decided to brake the zipper and fix it myself and keep it. Pretty disappointed that I wasn’t offer a price concession or partial refund since it arrived damaged.
