  This used to be our absolute favourite candles, beautiful smell and looked lovely when burning due to the botanical pieces. We bought many of them over the years. However in the last year or so something changed to the way. They are made. They don’t burn properly, just flicker. To the extent we had to raise complaints and return them. Really disappointing as it really was the best candle.

  It seems like they have changed the wax to these candles as they do not burn as well and there is zero pay off. It actually feels plasticky to the touch, too. I thought it may have been a bad batch but I had the same problem with another scent which was bought for me as a gift. Unacceptable quality for the price. Will be sticking to the three wick candles.

  Nice looking candle. Smell not strong! Burn not great either. Left disappointed after choosing a well known brand to slash out on. Wouldn’t buy again

  I’ve been buying these candles for years, however this year the quality has been dreadful. Despite following the burning guidelines to the letter, the melt pool tunnels right down the middle meaning you end up using half the candle wax at best, wasting the rest. Having looked into this, it would appear that the wick size being used is too small for the candle. I’ve had several this season, some single wick and some multiple wicks and they’ve all been the same. The fragrance is also weaker than it used to be. Poor quality for the price which is a shame as they used to be lovely.
