Which forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, American Express, PayPal and Maestro. We do not accept Visa Solo or Visa Electron. All transactions are taken in pounds sterling (£). If your credit card is in any other currency, the rate of exchange will be that of your card issuer and you may be charged an international fee by them. Payment online is in a secure environment. You can also pay in part or in full with The White Company Gift Vouchers which you can purchase online, in store or by calling our Customer Service team. The White Company Gift Vouchers cannot be used in our concession stores (stores within another department store)

Please remember that sending an order by post delays the order from reaching us so if stock levels are low we may sell out before we receive your order. If you want a brochure, please click on Brochure Request to arrange to have one sent to you, or call our Customer Service team.

When will my card be charged?

When an order is placed, the funds with which to pay may be allocated from your bank account/credit card to ensure that they are available when the charge is made. Your card is actually charged only when your order leaves our warehouse. If any items on your order are delayed, your card will be charged only when each item leaves the warehouse. If we have to split your order over more than one delivery you will pay only one postage charge.

How is VAT charged?

For orders dispatched within the European Union, VAT will normally be charged at the prevailing rate of the member state. No VAT will be charged for items dispatched outside the European Union.
