I bought this for a gift , but have used myself in the past . I love the smell , very relaxing .

Was a little dubious as to whether this would work as someone who very rarely sleeps well. It was well worth the money and I will buy again, not cured all sleep problems but definitely getting more hours than before. The smell is amazing.
