Received pilled garment which looked as if it had been lying on a dusty shelf in a storeroom. I had been rolled up and wrapped in a used piece of tissue paper and sent in a plastic. This was a £260 dressing gown and I had paid £7. 95 for posting , not impressed.

Beautiful Cashmere robe - soft and warm on a cool morning but cool on a warm one! Gorgeous grey marl and perfect knee length. This is my second robe - I love these robes!

Disappointed with this dressing gown. It was skimpy and not up to White Company standards in my opinion.
Way too flimsy and too expensive for what it is I am afraid!
Excellent robe! Soft, warm and cousy. Ideal for a fresh mornings or chilly evenings when you want to extend your comfort after just waking up or after taking a bath. Highly recommend
Sadly I had to return. I think there is a styling issue with this dressing gown as the neck line is mean and not cosy and the sleeves are far too long. A pity that some of the sleeve length wasn’t added to the collar area.
