Sleeping well in warm weather is important for all of us – and that includes the smallest members of the family, too. From breathable organic-cotton sleepsuits to lightweight sleeping bags, we’ve got everything needed to help them drift off (plus, discover a couple of tips along the way).
The 100%-organic cotton used in our baby sleepsuits and pyjamas is unbeatably soft, and also kind to the environment. Organic fibres are grown without harmful chemicals and require far less water – the result is a gentler material against babies’ skin, as it does not contain toxic or allergenic substances.
Try to keep your babies’ room between 16-20°C to make sure it’s a comfortable temperature – on very warm nights, a fan placed facing away from the cot can provide a cool breeze.
Just as you would switch your own duvet for a lighter tog in Summer, it’s important to do so for baby, too. Our lightweight 0.5 tog sleeping bags will help keep them the perfect temperature and stop them getting tangled up in layers of blankets.
Open a window (if safe to do so) and draw the blinds several hours before nap and bedtime to make sure the room is cool when it’s time for them to sleep
Our shortie sleepsuits are perfect for Summer snoozes. Adorned with the cutest characters from a sleeping lion to an embroidered octopus, they’re pretty cute and practical – just add a snuggly soft friend.
Babies sweat to regulate their temperature, so try a cooler-than-usual bath before bedtime to help combat hot weather
Create a calming oasis for little ones to rest and play in all-year round. Our quality furniture is designed to adapt as they grow, converting form a cot to a junior bed, while a cosy chair and calming décor will make it a place you want to retreat to, as well
