How to build your own gift box
1 - Browse the site and add the items you’d like to gift to your shopping bag.
2 - On either the shopping bag or checkout page select See gift box option.
3 - Select Gift box with message.
4 - Choose your preferred style of gift box and add a free personal message. We’ll print this on a card and add it to the box
5 - Confirm your selection and complete your order – your beautiful gift is on its way.

Frequently Asked Questions
How big is a gift box?
We offer a range of gift box sizes and will choose the most appropriate size for your gift or gifts. If you are ordering lots of items, they might need more than one box. If your gift requires more than one box, we will still only charge you for one.
Are there any items that can't be gift-boxed?
Some items are too big or bulky to be gift-wrapped – these include pillows, duvets, mattress toppers, lamps, storage baskets, floor cushions, bean bags, seat pads and furniture.
Can I add a gift message without buying a gift box?
Yes, you can add a free message at checkout. This will be printed on the dispatch note included in the parcel (the dispatch note will also be a gift invoice, so no prices or billing information will be displayed).
