Gift Vouchers
From 1st June 2019, The White Company will no longer accept paper gift vouchers as a payment method. We stopped selling paper vouchers in August 2017. If you have an unredeemed voucher, you can use this in store, online, or over the phone, until 31st May 2019. Alternatively, before 31st May 2019, you can exchange it for a gift card at any stand-alone The White Company store. Any paper vouchers exchanged by this date will have a 24-month expiry date.

Do you sell gift vouchers?
The White Company no longer sells gift vouchers. Gift cards are now available to purchase for any amount between £5-£500 in store and online. If you would like to purchase a gift card online please click here.
How do I use my gift vouchers online?
Each voucher has a unique reference number which is requested during the checkout process. If you have any problems using the vouchers online please call our customer service team on 020 375 89 222 (Monday-Friday: 8am to 10pm: Saturday: 9am to 5pm, Sunday: 10am to 4pm).
Can I use my gift voucher to partially pay for a purchase?
Gift vouchers can be used as part or full payment in stores or online. The remaining balance can be paid for with a gift card, e-gift card, credit/debit card or cash when you are in store.
Why do you ask for card details when I’m placing an order with gift vouchers?
Even if you are paying for the whole order using gift vouchers, we take card details to secure the order even though the card is unlikely to be charged. By securing the order we make sure you have reserved the items you want in the unusual event that there are any problems with the vouchers. We will contact you if there are any problems, but in the meantime your order is reserved.
Why doesn’t my gift voucher number work?
If your voucher number has // or 00 at the start of the number, try removing them when you type in the reference. If you continue to have problems please call our customer service team on 020 375 89 222 (Monday-Friday: 8am to 10pm, Saturday: 9am to 5pm, Sunday: 10am to 4pm).
