Next day delivery (order by 2pm Friday)
• Orders placed by 2pm Monday–Friday will be delivered the next day
• Orders placed Saturday or by 2pm Sunday will be delivered on the following Monday

• Orders will be delivered Monday–Friday (excluding bank or public holidays)
• Not available for remote postcodes

Furniture delivery – FREE
• Stocked items will be delivered in 3–4 weeks and made-to-order items in 3–12 weeks

International delivery (4–14 business days) – from £7
• We are doing everything to ensure orders arrive within their normal time frames, but some international deliveries may be delayed due to local government restrictions.

• Delivery fees start at a minimum of £7, varying by region and ordering costs

• The White Company pays all import taxes and duties on your behalf. In the rare event that these charges are passed on to you, please contact us with proof of payment and we will reimburse you
• Furniture, mirrors and large items (over 53x43x31cm) cannot be delivered overseas, except to the UK

• Unfortunately, we are unable to offer shipping to Russia, Ukraine, Israel & Lebanon for the time being.

Returns
We have extended our returns policy for Christmas. Returns or exchanges for purchases made between 15th October and 24th December 2025 will be accepted until 31st January 2026. Please see our Returns page for more information.
