What we love

• Hypoallergenic, plump design
• Support: medium or soft
• Filling: recycled-polyester Smartdown®
• Purpose: ideal for side sleepers and allergy sufferers

We carefully blow clusters of Smartdown® – a super-fine recycled fibre – into the casing of this pillow until perfectly even, to recreate the plump feel of a down pillow. The clever boxed construction supports the neck and shoulders, providing a comfortable night’s sleep for side sleepers who prefer a supportive pillow.

Just what I wanted, much better night sleep using these pillows.

I ordered 2 pillows, 5 days later the pillows hadn't arrived. Only way to contact the company was through an online chat which took 20 mins to be told that a case would be opened and to expect an update in 24 - 48 hours. Guess what no-one contacted me. Had to go through the time-wasting chat again, asked for a full refund and an e-mail to confirm the refund was being processed, no e-mail came. Thankfully I'd paid throgh Paypal so I had to make a claim through them to get my money back. All through the Paypal case The White Co couldn't even be bothered to reply to them to resolve quickly, I had to wait for the case to run it's course. The pillows may be good, I wouldn't know as the company couldn't simply take an online order and send them out!
