We're B Corp™ Certified

Being a good business, in every sense, has been important to us from the beginning. Following years of putting those words into action, we’re so pleased to have become B Corp Certified in 2024. It’s an acknowledgement of our collective efforts and a marker of the journey we’re excited to continue.

Our path towards B Corp Certification hasn’t been easy, but it has helped to strengthen our foundations and improve our ways of working. We’ve also joined a community of purpose-led businesses focused on a more positive future by driving meaningful change, together.

B Corp Explained

Assessed and certified by B Lab™ a non-profit organisation, B Corporations are companies that meet high standards of social and environmental performance, accountability and transparency.

Every part of our company has been assessed against B Lab’s rigorous impact assessment across 5 impact pillars.

We’ll be reassessed every three years to ensure we continue to meet B Lab’s standards – which they are always improving – and to ensure we are always doing our very best to do even better

Companies are assessed on 5 key pillars

a purple circle with a white button that says governance
a circle with a white background with a black and white image of a person
a blue and white circle with a hand holding a wrench
a green and white circle with a globe in the middle
a yellow and black circle with a yellow house icon

This evaluates a company's overall mission, engagement around its social and environmental impact, ethics, and transparency.

This looks at contributions to employees’ financial security, health and safety, wellness, career development, engagement and satisfaction.

This measures engagement with and impact on the communities in which a company operates, hires from, and sources from.

This evaluates overall environmental management practices as well as the impact on the air, climate, water, land, and biodiversity.

This reviews stewardship of customers through the quality of products and services, ethical marketing, data privacy and security, and feedback channels.

How did we do?

All companies who apply need to meet strict criteria and reach an 80-point pass score to become B Corp Certified. If you want to get into the detail, you can see how we rated in our B Corp report – which will always be public and transparent.
