Lovely P. J's as always

This item looked lovely and I was looking forward to receiving it. Unfortunately The White Company delivery service through Evri lost the order, and were unable to find it. Due to having no more of the item in stock The White Company gave me a full refund including the delivery costs but no good will gesture for my time in trying to get the delivery resolved I gave this item 1 star due to the service from Evri and The White Company not the item which I am sure would have been a 5 star.
