The design of the diffuser is very poor, I cut my hand trying to get the plastic stopper out and still failed to get it out. I then called into one of your stores and they agreed it was a poor design and showed me a technique of using a spoon handle to get it out which took her 13 minutes. A simple insert that is installed in the silver screw cover would solve this problem

Very disappointing. Despite all the great reviews, this diffuser has virtually no scent at all. I’ve followed the instructions and given it plenty of time, but there is barely any fragrance even when standing right next to it, let alone filling the room. For the price, I expected a noticeable, lasting scent. Unfortunately, this feels like a complete waste of money. I genuinely don’t understand the overwhelmingly positive reviews.
