Brilliant purchase and gift so the recipient can choose exactly what they want.

It did not arrive! I had to chase it so it was fortunate I checked!! It was then resent but this was 5 days after the recipients birthday. Very poor! I have already completed this review before which shows your systems are not working effectively!! Improvement customer service required
