Order never reached me though arrived in country I live in, and after many emails I believe it’s now on route back to UK. Very disappointing.

Beautiful quality very happy.

I am incredibly disappointed with this product. It looks and feels great on purchase, but unlike my other white company brushed cotton bedding, after just one gentle 30 degree wash and use on the bed, it has bobbled and pilled excessively. I initially thought maybe it was loose fluff as such but it is not and the outer area looks worn after one use and the inner side of the duvet cover for example is dire! Yet to receive a response from customer services….
