Arrived very creased but took it back to store and they steamed it for me very kindly! Very pleased with it.

This dress is elegant and easy to wear. Suitable for both day or evening wear by simply changing the jumper for a navy cropped cashmere cardigan

I love the flattering style but the pleated skirt took a lot of effort to steam out and improve the deep creases from being folded. I even called into the shop to see if they had success with their more powerful steamer and didn’t get any help , no offer of help just an “oh dear” return if not happy. I did decide to keep and not overly focus on the creased satin pleats and wore over Christmas, hopefully I will get more wear to make it value for money.
