Comfy warm and perfect with the matching bottoms but v hard to get my size totally sold out !so had to go for larger size

I bought a cashmere hoody on line for a holiday. After 3 THREE attempted deliveries by EVRI during which times I arranged to be in I left for my trip. I was away for 10 days -meanwhile a neighbour looked out for the parcel which never arrived! When I was initially notified that my order would be delivered by EVRI my heart sank - I wondered if it would arrive in time as I’d heard so many negative reviews and an item on national news - not that it wouldn’t arrive at all!! I rang customer services & expressed my disappointment & concern that you are using such a failed delivery company - what a waste of my time & loss of business for your company.
