"Registered transactions" mean identifying yourself at the till in store or checking out online as a registered customer, rather than as a guest.

Offer is not valid in our clearance stores. Standard free delivery is valid for online, telephone and store mail orders to the UK mainland only. We have changed our returns process and will no longer be including a Collect+ label in your order. Instead, you can create your free returns label using our returns tool, which will show all our returns options. If you do not see a free returns option in the tool, please use our Live Chat and ask the Contact Centre to create you a free returns label. Free returns are valid only for items with a delivery address within the UK mainland.
