Love them just love them

The product is good, the service to purchase is not. I was unable to try this item on in a local store, so I had to order, and pay in full for 2 sizes at a cost of £700. 00. I was unable to return the item which did not fit to the store as I used PayPal. So I then had to pay a further £3. 50 to return it via Inpost. Other stores offer a Try before you buy service, which is much more efficient and cost effective.
