                                We just can’t seem to get the same amazing quality pillow we bought from you 2 years ago. These just have no substance to them and medium firm is actually very soft and flat.

                                I purchased this item several weeks ago in soft to medium firmness, there is no support at all, when head is on the pillow what little filling there is seperates and and is left in the gap, currently in conversation with White company about returning this product as its not fit for purpose, at £105 l expected more
