On 13th September I ordered a pair of boots which when arrived were the wrong colour. I then sent them back, which I had to pay for! On 23rd September I had an e mail to say my order had arrived back to your warehouse and once checked would take around five days for the refund to be credited to my bank. It is now over six weeks and I still haven’t received a refund. I have called approximately six times to find out where my refund is and every time I’m either told it should be in within five days or someone from the finance team will be in contact with me. Neither of these things have happened. I want my £90 I paid for the boots the £2.50 I had to pay to send them back due to your company’s mistake and I feel the time I've had to spend on phone calls and e mails and stressing over this I should be entitled to some kind of compensation. If I don’t get a response as soon as possible, I will take this matter further and will be contacting the financial ombudsman. Nicola Endemi Order number 1021990801

Fabulous boots but they come up a little small, you may need to size up. Have ordered the next size up, hoping they’ll be brilliant for walking the dogs!
