Created over 21 years ago by our founder Chrissie, Winter is now loved all over the world and often described by our customers as ‘the scent of Christmas’. A magical combination of spicy cinnamon, rich warming clove and fresh zesty orange, it just never fails to please.

Our large two-wick candle captures the essence of the season. Presented in a ribbed vessel with a mercury finish, it emits a soft, illuminating glow to light up frosty winter evenings.

                                                          Placed my order for 3 winter mercury ribbed large candles , I received 2 mercury and one clear glass , I go onto your live chat to raise the issue and YOUR error !! I’m met with a rather dull customer service agent that can only offer me an e-gift card for the value of the difference, how strange , the agent refuses to assist me further trying to obtain my refund via my method of payment , then closes the chat - I’ve since opened a PayPal case and obtained the refund . Terrible service in fairness - I won’t normally make such a fuss however what i ordered and what i received were not as expected .
