A brisk and booted frosty walk, the smell of pine trees and the lingering cold air with every breath you take. But the best part is what comes afterwards: returning home to a crackling fire, a chunky throw and a warming cup of chocolatey deliciousness. Which of these will be your favourite?

Ingredients
250ml whole or semi-skimmed milk
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp sugar, to taste
30g milk or dark chocolate
10–12 mini marshmallows

Method

  1. Pour the milk into a pan and bring to a simmer over a medium heat. Add the cocoa powder and sugar and whisk it all together for a smooth, velvety finish.

  2. Finely chop the milk or dark chocolate into slivers with a large kitchen knife.

  3. Pour the warmed milk into our Snowflake Mug and top with 10–12 mini marshmallows, followed by the chopped chocolate.
