Fine Silver Photo Frame – 8x10”

The product itself was, as you’d always expect with WC, beautiful. My issue with my purchase was around delivery. I paid for named day delivery for a premium postage of £7.99 to be delivered when I was at home and ahead of giving this as a gift. I then received an email at lunchtime that day to say it was delayed by 24-48 hours with no guesses as to whether it would turn up in time or not, I then had to plan a hour round trip to go in person to my nearest store to pick up the same item. I think where TWC let themselves down is in communication. ‘Sorry for the inconvenience’ doesn’t really cut it when you’re then looking at extra costs in time and money to you and with no automatic refund offered given my order, it just leaves you as a customer with a really bitter taste in your mouth! I replied to the email I was sent to say this and I did receive a refund on postage but never a response to my email which again, would have gone a long way to acknowledge my frustration, concern and position on this. It’s the little things in customer service guys and sadly it isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue with delayed delivery, and that was a few years ago now so it seems you haven’t improved things. Shame really because I love your products. Thankfully, with no advance warning the order arrived the following day, thankfully before I made a trip I didn’t have time for. Again, no communication on this either.
