An update on our beloved popover silhouette, it’s the fabric of this relaxed shirt that makes it such a delight to wear – a weighty, double satin with a beautiful drape, that catches the light with delicate luminosity. Double satin is made from two pieces of satin woven together to create one fabric with two front sides. It’s styled with shirt tailoring – dropped shoulders, a box pleat on the back yoke and deep cuffs you can roll up as desired – and finished with a beautifully subtle dyed-to-match georgette layer on the hem.
