The mug is lovely, nice shape and weight

I’ve been looking to replace my coffee mugs for a while and when I saw these , I thought they looked perfect! They’re just the right size for my morning coffee. So happy with my purchase I’d say they were more cream than white, which I love ❤️

The mug is too large for me - but my daughter loves it. The Courier threw the box over our gate and one mug shattered. I did immediately contact The White Company using the Chat Box - but it ended there. The cost of the mug is not worth chasing but labelling a box with mugs should have a fragile label on it.
