I ordered two balaclavas, one for me and my daughter. One is more brushed (the cashmere hair on the hat is longer), the other has shorter "hair. " We liked the longer-haired version better. The photo on the website shows the short-brushed version. The cashmere from White Company is incredible, the hood's design is impeccable. The hood doesn't tight anywhere, provides perfect protection from the cold and wind, and it has ties.

Cashmere hood has been loved since Christmas my daughter loves it. It keeps her warm and looks fantastic. Washes up well on cool delicate .
