A wonderful rug, lovely quality and colour, made exceptionally well. I would definitely recommend getting a non-slip rug underlay as it can be slippery on wooden flooring as ours is.

Not right for my home. Its been a very frustrating purchase! Firstly I would have loved to see the rug in person whether as a sample section or just as part of in store decor. I called customer services to ask where this might be possible but they just said I'd have to phone around! My local store was far more helpful and did a stock search- simple. However the only ones in stock were over 200 miles away. I ordered. Long wait for delivery. Great delivery men. Enrolled the rug and knew immediately it wasn't suitable. There were wooden splinters in the wool too. Return has been a total faff with me having to chase it up as it seemed to disappear into a black hole. Not sure refund would have been processed without my chasing it. I wouldn't order a furniture item again. Customer service information provided in response to queries has been inaccurate, conflicting and unhelpful.

I ordered this rug on the 30 th of January and am disappointed that the first delivery day we were offered is the 4 th of March. We live in Southern Scotland half an hour North of the Border and only 3 miles from the main A68 so hardly remote. . I obviously can’t comment on the rug itself. Expect,and hope,it will be lovely.
