Sourced from Fair Trade suppliers in Bangladesh, who help over 2,000 of the country’s poorest women sustain a decent wage to support their families, these artisanal placemats (sold individually) are consciously crafted. Skilfully handmade from local jute, the remarkable blonde colouring comes from the fresh flowing water in which it grows.

    Great quality and the perfect colour - not too dark and not too pale/whitewashed. A little pricier but you get what you pay for - plus they look much more expensive than they are.
