Nice design and soft texture

Absolutely appalling service - not on this order but on the order that has just been cancelled 12 days after purchasing and payment - after calling on Saturday to find out the status and being advised I would receive in 4 days. These cushions were purchased to go with the order that’s been cancelled. Very disappointed with what is meant to be a brand about quality and service.
