Pillow felt nice and soft when I felt it in the shop. The down-y feel didn’t last that well once I started using it. Support is about right
Very soft and sumptuous but definitely not “firm”. I would not recommend this if you want a firm pillow or for side sleepers

Not firm enough. My cheaper older ikea pillow felt nicer in comparison to this.
